The HFC No.1 had a season to remember, playing a crucial hand in his side finishing second in the league campaign. He was one of the most consistent shoot-stoppers in the league and has earned himself his maiden call up for the Senior National Team.
He will replace Phurba Lachenpa, who is released due to an injury. India will begin their campaign in the Hero Intercontinental Cup with a match against Mongolia on June 9.
