Hyderabad: Hyderabad FC are back in action this week when they take on FC Goa at the Maidaan this Wednesday.

In search of three crucial points, the Nawabs will hope to put in a strong performance in front of the Yellow and Black.

On his personal form this season…

We have had a tough start to the season so far. But I am trying my best, every day in training and also off the field. On the field, I am creating chances for my side, but I would like to score goals as well. I know that I need to keep working hard for it and hopefully, all our efforts turn into a good performance in this game.

On facing FC Goa…

We have worked really hard and we are ready for this clash. They are a tough team to face but at the moment, it is not about the opponents. It is more about how we prepare as a team. We have not had too long to train after the last game which makes it tough. But we have worked on our plans and hope to give them a tough game.

On facing former teammates against the Gaurs…

Yes, FC Goa have a few players who were with us last season. Some of them we are close to. We respect them and also the coaches. However, on the pitch, we know they are out opponents and will do anything to win the game. We want to beat them too. They play for FC Goa and we will fight for our badge, work hard and try to get a positive result in this game.
