Born in Manipur, the gritty left-back started his career at the Sambalpur Football Academy soon turning up in the I-League for Shillong Lajong. After three seasons with the club, he started his ISL journey with the Blasters. Also a former Indian International at the U19level, Pritam joined Hyderabad FC in August 2021, and made his debut for the club in the previous season. He is a senior figure in the dressing room and played a crucial role on and off the field in helping Hyderabad win their maiden ISL title, last season.
