The 35-year-old speaks about about playing in the ISL, his new teammates and more with Sportskeeda

Hyderabad FC’s Fran Sandaza is one of several new overseas signings exciting the fans ahead of the 2020-21 Indian Super League season. An striker who has played in more than four different leagues across the world, Sandaza will be a crucial part of the squad at HFC. His experience will be invaluable for the club, who kick off their ISL campaign later this month.

“I have played football in different countries and every country has its unique style. I have also played with many good footballers in my career. Barnes and Murray are certainly few of them,” Sandaza said, talking about his career.

Describing himself as a strong and powerful striker, he also spoke about Aridane Santana, his new strike partner at Hyderabad FC. “I faced Aridane several times in the second division in Spain and am really happy with my partner. I am sure we will have a good connection and I hope that we can create lots of chances and scores goals for the club this season.”
