Hyderabad: The Hero ISL Defending Champions have already made great progress in reintroducing the city of Hyderabad to the sport of football. Hyderabad FC have now got a state-of-the-art training facility at the Gogzee Sports Arena in Aziz Nagar, Hyderabad, which will serve as the training base for Manolo Marquez’s side for the 2022-23 Indian Super League campaign.
AIFF President Kalyan Chaubey was invited to inaugurate the facilities on Saturday and was accompanied by AIFF EC Member GP Palguna, and Advisory Committee Chairman Shabbir Ali, alongside club co-owner Varun Tripuraneni, Technical Director Thangboi Singto and Sporting Director Appu Jose.

Kalyan Chaubey was impressed with the facilities and claimed that it was the right step forward. “Hyderabad FC have done really well with their training base. It is a state-of-the-art facility and is a modern infrastructure with a lot amenities. I think if all clubs start doing this, Indian Football will go very far,” he said.
