The youngsters lose 2-1 to AUA FC in the Hero 2nd Division League on Sunday
Mumbai: After a narrow defeat in the campaign opener, Hyderabad FC’s young guns faced yet another one-goal loss, this time against Ambernath United Atlanta FC at the Cooperage Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday.
Renjith TA’s side started the game strongly, and Aron Vanlalrinchhana’s thumping header in the 36th minute gave the youngsters a lead going into the break.
But AUA FC came out strong in the second half and found a 55th minute equalizer from striker Arif Shaikh to pull his side back into the contest.

The game opened up for the last half hour as both sides pushed for a winner but it was the hosts who finally managed to find a break late in the game.
Abhijit Tawhare found the back of the net in the 76th minute leaving HFC B in search of a goal for the rest of the game.
The youngsters pushed hard but failed to break the determined AUA defense, which left HFC B with another narrow defeat in the second game of our Hero 2nd Division League campaign.
Hyderabad FC B are back in action when they take on Dempo Sports Club at the Bangalore Football Stadium in Bangalore on Saturday, March 25.
