The Nawabs welcome Kerala Blasters; Determined to make Hyderabad proud
Hyderabad: Shameel Chembakath’s Hyderabad FC are back in action tomorrow.
The Nawabs welcome Kerala Blasters to the Gachibowli Stadium on Wednesday, March 12, in what will be the last league clash of the season for both the sides.
Hyderabad, currently 12th in the league table, beat KBFC in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
TG Purushothaman, the current Interim coach at Kerala, will be hoping that his side can end their campaign on a high too.

The Blasters are fresh from a morale-boosting victory over Mumbai City in their last game.
They have two wins in their last five games and will be quietly confident of getting a good result in this game.
Noah Sadoui, who has a hat-trick against HFC last season, will remain the danger man for the Nawabs in this game.
But the likes of Adrian Luna, Naocha, Korou Singh, Milos Drincic, Vibin Mohanan and Kwame Peprah will all test the young Hyderabad side in this tie.
Blasters will continue to miss the services of Jesus Jimenez, who found the back of net when the two sides met earlier this season.
But the Blasters will prove to be a tough test for Hyderabad, said HFC Interim Coach Shameel Chembakath.
“Kerala are a strong team but we know that we have the quality to compete with them,” he said, speaking to the media ahead of this game.
“This is a really important game for all of us and the players are determined to play to our strengths, stay organized, and fight for a better result in this game,” the coach added.

Hyderabad FC suffered their first home defeat of 2025, recently, against East Bengal.
However, they have proven hard to beat in front of the Yellow and Black at Gachibowli Stadium.
The partnership of Stefan Sapic and Alex Saji has been well complemented by Arshdeep Singh on goal.
The trio put their bodies on the line and will not be easy to face for the travelling KBFC side.
Andrei Alba, Edmilson Correia, Allan Paulista, Abdul Rabeeh and Ramhlunchhunga will also have their work cut out in what promises to be a tough game for both sides.
Cy Goddard, Ayush Adhikari, Isaac Vanmalsawma, Muhammed Rafi and Manoj Mohammad will also have a crucial role to play in this game.
Coach Shameel revealed that he has plenty of confidence on his side to show an improvement from the recent results.
“From the start of the season, we have made plenty of progress as a team. It has been a great learning experience for everyone at the club and we know that there is always room for improvement,” said coach Shameel

“We now want to focus on the upcoming game and put in a strong performance to try and finish the season on a positive note,” he added.
With a strong finish to a tough season at stake for both sides, this game promises to be a thrilling Indian Super League clash in Hyderabad.
The Nawabs will hope to yet again, call upon the noisy home support at the Gachibowli Stadium for this tough game.
The unwavering support from the stands has often pushed the Yellow and Black to some good results this season.
And they will hope for more of the same, as they look to sign off the 2024-25 season on a high.
