A winner of league titles in three different countries, Sandaza is a natural goal scorer who has gained tons of experience playing in more than four different countries. He won the Tercera Division title with Valencia B in 2005 and the third division title in Scotland with Rangers in 2013. His most notable season came in the 2013-14 season when he registered 16 goals and five assists playing for Girona. He helped the club gain promotion to La Liga for the first time in their 87-year history, in his second stint a few years later. Fran has since gathered experience in China with Qingdao Huanghai and in Japan, where he played in the AFC Champions League with FC Tokyo. He recovered from an injury halfway through the season and showed his class, registering four goals and two assists in just 344 minutes of action.
