HFC’s new No.1 Arshdeep Singh speaks to media ahead of trip to Kanteerava

Bengaluru: Hyderabad FC’s new signing Arshdeep Singh joined Head Coach Thangboi Singhto to the Pre Match Press-conference before the club’s first clash of the new season, against Bengaluru.

The former FC Goa shot-stopper is all set to make his Yellow and Black debut and spoke to the media about the start of his Hyderabad FC journey, the squad at the club and more…

As a professional footballer, this is a part of the game. At this moment, I felt Hyderabad is a good place for me. I have previous played under Coach Thangboi and we have a good relationship. He called me and convinced me that I would be a good addition to the team here at HFC according to him, and I felt same that for me as well, this might be the right step to take.

Objectives for the season….

We want to take one match at a time. We have a match against Bengaluru tomorrow and that is all we are focusing on at the moment. We don’t want to think too far ahead. We have a young squad but also have a lot of experienced individuals like Lenny bhai. We are ready for tomorrow’s game and we will do our best.
