The Nawabs look to bounce back to winning ways against the Blasters
Hyderabad: After a tough loss against the Mariners last week, Coach Thangboi Singto’s Hyderabad FC are back in action this Thursday.
They travel to Kerala to take on the Kerala Blasters on November 7, in what promises to be an entertaining encounter at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi.
Fresh from a defeat to the Islanders at the weekend, Mikael Stahre’s side have not made the best start to their league campaign.
With eight points from seven games, the Blasters are 10th in the league table, but have shown glimpses of how tough they can be, recently.

The duo of Noah Sadoui and Adrian Luna will certainly be the danger men for HFC in this game.
But the likes of Vibin Mohanan, Milos Drincic, Alexandre Coeff, Pritam Kotal and Naocha have also been effective in patches.
Speaking to the media ahead of this game, HFC Head Coach Thangboi Singto said that his side are vary of the challenges in Kerala.
“The Blasters have strengthened their team, have a good core of Indian players and have been playing well recently,” he said.
“But we need to look at our own game, stick to our plans and show that we are here, not just to play, but to try and take all three points,” he added.
The Blasters have scored 11 goals this season, which is on the higher side in the league table but have conceded 14 in just seven games.
And they will surely hope to shore up their defence and make it hard for the Yellow and Black in this game.
Coach Thangboi Singto’s side were on the wrong end of a 0-2 result against the Mariners last week.
But the form of Abdul Rabeeh, Ramhlunchhunga and Cy Goddard will be the biggest threat to the Blasters.

Allan Paulista, Andrei Alba, Muhammed Rafi, Alex Saji and Stefan Sapic are all growing in confidence and will hope to give their best in this game,
“The target is to give our best in every game,” said Coach Thangboi.
“Kochi is not an easy place to travel to, but you need to enjoy the game, be confident, fight for every ball and give it everything to try and get the win,” he added.
The addition of the exciting Edmilson Correia will also make the team stronger ahead of this clash
Both teams are in need of three points to climb up the points table early in the season.
But they are matched up quite evenly as this game is set to be a blockbuster, even for the neutral.
The game kicks-off at 7:30pm IST on Thursday, November 7, and will be telecasted live on Sports 18 and Asianet with free streaming on Jio Cinema.
