On the result against MBSG…
The last game against Mohun Bagan was a tough one for us. But it is in these games that we should find our strengths, and learn to improve as a player. We want to play in such games where we are tested because these games teach is a lot as a youngsters. The coaches help us a lot as well in improving as a player so it is our responsibility to give our best in every game.

On preparing for the FC Goa test…
Like for every game, we have our backend staff that provide us videos of players, their individual strengths and their weaknesses. We watch these videos closely and also train for the same. We have particular plans for this game too and we hope to stick to them a get a good result in Goa.
On the improvements from last season…
Last season, our attack was not as strong. But this season, we have a few dangerous players who are just finding their feet in the league. We struggled to keep the ball last season but we have more possession of the ball this season, which takes away a bit of the pressure too. So playing in this team, and being a part of this group feels really good and we hope that results will soon follow.

On his time with Hyderabad…
Yes, we have some quality attackers and we get to learn a lot from them. But for me, I like to focus on myself and improving my qualities everyday. I am not a perfect striker but I am working hard to try and be one. So for me, improving everyday is just as important as scoring a goal in a game.
On the assessment of his own game…
I believe I am learning more and more every day with Hyderabad. I am better now at communicating in the game, keeping the ball, winning duels and helping the team off the ball too. So, yes, I am happy with my progress and I hope I can keep improving as the season goes by.
