The 6’8” defender joins the Yellow and Black as third overseas addition
Hyderabad: Hyderabad FC have completed the signing of defender Stefan Sapic, the club announced on Saturday.
The Belgrade-born centre-back joins Hyderabad as their third foreign signing for the 2024-25 Indian Super League season.
Standing at 6ft 8in, the 27-year-old started his career in his home town, playing for clubs in the lower league as a teenager.

But he broke through into the Serbian first Division with FK Čukarički, where he first won the Serbian Youth League as the skipper of their youth side.
Sapic was then a part of the 2016-17 UEFA Europa League squad as well, and spent eight years at the club, making close to 150 league appearances in the top flight.
He has since spent time in Russia and Bosnia & Herzegovina but will now join the Yellow and Black to shore up their backline,
The young HFC side can do a leader on and off the pitch and Sapic will be a crucial addition to Coach Thangboi’s side.
