24 Rohit Danu

A gifted attacker from Uttarakhand, Danu started training with the AIFF Elite Academy at a tender age and was the youngest member of India’s camp for the FIFA U17 World Cup in 2017. He is one of many exciting youngsters on show at Hyderabad FC but injuries stopped his swift progress to the national side. Danu soon came back into the national scene and broke the record to stand as the youngest ever goalscorer in the top division of Indian football, the I-League, after scoring against Aizawl in January 2019. He spent his entire club career with Indian Arrows but is now a part of the Indian Super League with Hyderabad FC. He made five appearances for the club in the 2020-21 ISL campaign and scored his first goal for the club in the 2021-22 season, where he played an important role as Hyderabad FC turned Champions. He was also impressive in the 2022-23 campaign for the Yellow and Black but moved to Bengaluru FC ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
