Sana, Akash, Asish, Yasir and Aniket named for the National Camp ahead of March friendlies
Five Hyderabad FC players have made the cut in the 38-member list announced by Coach Igor Stimac for the Indian National Team that is set to play International friendlies in Bahrain later this month.
Manolo Marquez’s side will once again have one of the largest representations in the squad after the 2021-22 Indian Super League season.

HFC’s Chinglensana Konsham and Mohammad Yasir, who were a part of the 2021 SAFF Championship winning team, will be joined by Akash Mishra, Asish Rai and Aniket Jadhav who have been impressive in the ISL. The trio was also a part of the India U23 side that played the U23 Asian Cup qualifiers back in October.
This is the first call up to the senior camp for Aniket, who becomes the fourth player to receive a Senior National Team call-up via Hyderabad FC.
The players are set to travel to Pune for the camp after their club commitments in the ISL with the friendlies scheduled for March 23 and March 26.
